Upon a detailed examination of the viral video, several visual inconsistencies were observed. The man’s hand appears distorted in one frame, and a buttonhole on the doctor’s coat vanishes inexplicably as he moves backward — further evidence of digital manipulation.

Subsequent analysis using the AI detection tool Hive Moderation indicated a 97.6% probability that the footage was AI-generated or deepfake content. Similarly, Sightengine detected a 99% likelihood of AI generation upon reviewing still frames from the video.

Another verification platform, WasItAI, also concluded: “We are quite confident that this image, or significant parts of it, were created by AI.”

Additionally, the TikTok account @br_ai_ded, whose watermark is visible in the viral video, had itself labelled the clip as “AI-generated.” The user’s profile contains several other videos with similar hospital-themed, AI-generated visuals.

Hence, we could conclude that the viral video is not genuine, but has been generated using AI.
