Senior Indian journalists reported that Bihar NDA leaders allegedly funded Pakistan’s PTI.
All three viral videos are doctored. None of the reporters made the statements attributed to them.
Three videos circulating on social media allegedly show senior Indian journalists reporting that prominent Bihar NDA leaders, including Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Samrat Choudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha, are under investigation for funding Pakistan’s political outfit, PTI.
Newschecker’s investigation revealed that the videos are manipulated.
The clip allegedly shows independent journalist Ravish Kumar reporting that Pakistan’s PTI established a link with Bihar NDA leaders during the state elections, who transferred funds to it.

A review of Ravish Kumar’s official YouTube channel found no programme or report supporting the allegation.
Reverse image search traced the background and attire to a genuine video posted on November 20, 2025, where Kumar was reporting on the Bihar government’s oath-taking ceremony.

The video claims Palki Sharma, managing editor at Firstpost, reported that four senior Bihar NDA leaders were under scrutiny for financing Pakistan’s PTI.

No such report was found on Firstpost’s website, YouTube channel, or official social media handles of Sharma.
Reverse image search traced keyframes to a November 15, 2025 Firstpost report, titled “Trump Eyes Latin American Deals to Reduce Food Prices,” featuring Sharma in the same attire as the viral clip.
The viral clip displayed forced and smudged lip movement, suggesting manipulation.
AI detection tools:

The third clip purportedly shows NDTV’s managing editor Shiv Aroor saying that NDA leaders have been funnelling money to Pakistan’s PTI.

A review of NDTV’s official website, YouTube channel, and Aroor’s social media accounts revealed no such report.
We also checked the playlist of “India Matters”, the programme hosted by Aroor — no segment referenced any PTI funding investigation.
The video exhibited distorted jaw movements and smudged visuals, pointing to AI manipulation.
